Refunds and cancellations

These conditions apply to educational tech analysis training sessions offered by Utilityribbon. We do not sell physical products, software licenses, or downloadable product packs on this site.

Payments

There is no checkout on utilityribbon.click. Session fees and any seat deposits are agreed and paid outside the website (bank transfer or another method confirmed when booking). Published prices are informational.

Cancellation by the learner

• At least 48 business hours before the session or cohort start: full refund of amounts already paid, or free reschedule.
• Fewer than 48 business hours: 50% of the paid amount is retained as a booking hold, unless a documented medical or force-majeure reason applies.
• No-show without notice: no refund for that reserved session.

Rescheduling

One date change is free when you give at least 24 business hours’ notice. Further changes may include an administrative adjustment of 150,000 VND, credited toward a later session if you continue.

Deposits

If a seat deposit is requested to hold a classroom or video slot, it is deducted from the final fee. Deposits are returned in full when you cancel inside the full-refund window.

Sessions already started

Once a live session or workshop has begun (classroom or video), voluntary withdrawal is not refundable, except when Utilityribbon causes a material interruption (for example, sustained platform failure on our side or instructor absence).

Materials and work already delivered

Printed sheets, worksheet templates, and feedback delivered during a session are part of the training service. There is no partial refund for “unused materials” after they have been provided.

Cohorts in progress

For multi-session cohorts, unused future sessions may be partially refunded on a pro-rata basis if you withdraw before the next unpaid session and materials unique to later modules have not yet been issued. Sessions already attended are non-refundable.

Refund timing and method

Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days of acceptance, using the same payment method when possible, otherwise by bank transfer to an account in Vietnam that you nominate.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with business outcomes after training, or for free orientation calls when offered. Educational results depend on practice; we do not guarantee specific project or career results.
